Job Role: Regional Sales Manager - Liverpool

A leading plant hire Company have had a position come up internally for area sales manager. They are a very well established with 7 depots across the UK and strong plans to grow further.

The successful regional sales manager will be:
- Regional Sales Manager will be following up leads, generating new business and maximising opportunities with new and existing customers in need of Generators and plant hire
- Regional Sales Manager will directly report to the national sales manager and will be responsible for the northern territory from Cheshire up to Carlisle
- Regional Sales Managers are tasked with generating sales of Generators up to 1200 kVA and plant hire sales
- The Regional Sales Manager will be selling to site managers, contractors and commercial clients in need of temporary power.
- Region Sales Managers will provide Support to existing accounts, development of excellent working relationships and meeting customer needs. Identification of & target new accounts
- Regional Sales Managers will be working as a team to ensure the national sales target is met
The successful regional sales manager will have:
- Regional Sales Manager lead will need to have excellent Generator knowledge as they will be advising customers on what size / type of generator is needed
- Regional Sales Manager will need to have worked in the generator / plant hire industry for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Regional sales manager will need experience with lead generation and winning new business
- Regional Sales Manager needs to be located within a commutable distance of Liverpool and be willing to travel across the North, A full UK Driving License is a necessity
- Regional Sales Managers with hand on experience working on Generators will be advantageous but not required
Package and benefits (negotiable depending on experiences)
- 35,000 - 40,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday with the ability to earn more after years of service
