Architect

This innovative and funky architectural practice based in Southwest London has an urgent need for a Package Architect, Senior Architectural Assistant or Technologist to work on a complex hospitality conversion project involving multiple buildings, and focusing on construction delivery stages or interior fit-out packages on an initial Fixed Term or Hourly Rate contract.

This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Package Architect, Senior Architectural Assistant or Technologist will be working in a small project team environment of around 5-10 people focused on the delivery of multiple delivery packages RIBA stages 4-7.

Package Architects, Senior Architectural Assistants or Technologists applying must have some construction site experience and proven skills of producing technical construction drawing packages in Revit (interior or exterior) working on medium to large projects.

This client will only be able to consider Package Architects, Senior Architectural Assistants or Technologists who are either immediately available or who can start within the next 1-2 weeks.

The environment is normally 5 days in the office SW1 (although they might allow 1 day from home), 9-6pm and 40 hours per week.
