Based in Tarporley and established for over 19 years, Collingwood provides international executive search to a broad range of clients from start-ups to large global organisations.

We provide a robust and rigorous recruitment process, partnering organisations who need to recruit senior level / business critical and / or "hard to fill" niche roles within our technology, healthcare, aerospace and built environment sectors.

The successful candidate will be given full training on how we work and how we achieve success for our clients and candidates. There is also scope for the successful applicant to progress to the role of executive search consultant or continue in the research team.

The person

This role would suit someone with least 2 years research or recruitment consultant experience in any industry.

The role

To provide research and headhunting support to consultants and clients across all of the industries we specialise in. This will include senior level candidate sourcing and management, market mapping and research, opportunity pipeline research and client liaison.

Core elements of the role include;

· conducting research to identify target lists of companies and/or candidates, for executive search assignments

· working to understand the requirements of the assignment; including the client’s business culture, and required candidate skills, experience, behaviours and competencies

· taking responsibility for our structured Client / Candidate processes

· conducting the initial search processes, including candidate approaching, for our executive search assignments

· assisting consultants with managing the client and candidate relationships

· inputting, managing and maintaining accuracy on the in-house CRM database.
