Live in Care Manager

We are delighted to be working with a brand new client to Mash Care who is a highly-rated, multi-award-winning Care provider, now expanding their exceptional services to Exeter. They are committed to helping people remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible while receiving the highest standard of care.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Live-in Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of the live-in care service, the role is paying £27,000-£30,000.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care within budget. You will also provide strong leadership, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and have the support necessary to perform their roles safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the live-in care service
• Allocate resources and monitor care delivery performance
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care for customers
• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
• Build strong working relationships with clients, families, and health professionals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within the live-in care sector
• A driving licence and access to your own transport is essential
• Have the full right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is NOT available)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of care professionals
• Commitment to delivering exceptional care services
