The Opportunity:

Eight Versa is looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Sustainability and Environmental Assessment Consultant with excellent project delivery skills. The purpose of this role is to grow and nurture client relationships whilst delivering sustainability solutions. If you thrive in a client focused role, this is the job for you!

You will be based in our London office with a multi-disciplinary team who undertake BREEAM assessments, sustainability reports for planning applications, WELL Assessments, Building LCA and building performance analysis to provide holistic services that are exemplary in their breadth and design.


Your Responsibilities:

· Oversee the delivery of BREEAM for submission to BRE at the design stage and post construction stage

· Oversee the planning applications and sustainability reporting

· Chair client meetings to provide sustainability advice and be the key point of contact for our portfolio clients

· Undertake business development as a matter of course, expanding our reach and client base by promoting our services with existing and potential clients

· Develop connections within the industry


Personal attributes and skills:

· Experience in delivering BREEAM and sustainability strategies for buildings and portfolios

· Vast technical knowledge of the sustainability services

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Highly organised

· Can frame a problem/request, synthesise information, ask the right questions, and pull-out insights to inform decision making

· The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
