We are looking to recruit for our client based in Tamworth an Administration clerk to support during this period of rapid growth.
Full on-site parking, great location and continuous work from now up until Christmas ( Could be longer)
We can be very flexible on hours - as long as we cover 4 hours each day Monday - Friday - we can look at school hours or any 4 hours between the hours of 0830 - 1700hrs.
To be a success you will need previous admin experience, conversant with the MS suite, have used CRM's previously and Intermediate/ Advanced Level when using Excel.
Duties to include ( but not limited to) :-
* Scheduling - using the CRM system
* Data Processing
* Contacting customers to book in Engineer visits
* General invoice processing
* Ad-hoc Admin duties
We need applicants with excellent verbal & written communication skills, a high level of accuracy and organisational skills
Previous experience in a similar role in advantageous
