Corporate Energy Associate (3+ PQE) – US Firm in London

We are working closely with this US firm in London on an Associate level role within the Corporate team, to focus on transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.

The London Corporate Energy practice, which has expanded at Partner level recently, is looking to hire candidates with the following profile:

• Mid-level (c.3-7 PQE) Associate with experience in the London or overseas market, coming from a leading international firm.
• Extensive M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and project development matters relating to the energy and natural resources sector, ideally in emerging markets across Asia and Africa.
