This is a really exciting opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager to join an expanding, market leading company, where you will be working on mixture of interesting projects whilst having full support on further development and training, with a clear progression route to Director.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Design and Estimating department in their Twickenham office. Ensuring all the pricing and designing are being completed to high standard and within the deadlines, as well ensuring KPI's are met. You will also be creating weekly reports for the line manager to ensure effective communication between departments. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be looking to create and implement new and improved processes to improve productivities of the departments.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated candidate with experience in pre-construction in internal construction projects, especially mezzanine floors, who also holds a full UK drivers license so is able to travel to their sites nation and Europe wide when need.
