Job Requirements/Description

Based in Cambridge working with a Global organisation the Facilities Manager will have an extensive background in facilities management with proven responsibilities for Health & Safety, budgeting and contractor/line management.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the company offices to ensure they operate efficiently and present a professional image for customers and other visitors, along with: Management of all hard services, which include mechanical and electrical systems; Ensuring company compliance; Adherence to the company policies and procedures and ensure these are kept up-to-date; Budging and Management of operational and capital budgets within all departments.


The successful candidate will have a proven background in Facilities Management, along with:

* NEBOSH General Certificate

* An extensive career history in FM demonstrating an excellent understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge.

* Good knowledge of Health and Safety standards in an Electronic, Engineering or Scientific company that develop Electro/Mechanical Technology.

* Line management of teams including in house team and external service contractor


The company are offering up to £55k with a potential bonus and excellent benefits, including flexible working. The position is office based in Cambridgeshire.
