THE ROLE: The right candidate will be a part of a sales team focused within the community. You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy put in place from the national sales director, focusing solely on moving and handling equipment (hoists, slings, bathing equipment, transferring, slide sheets etc). Typical stakeholders you will engage with are; NHS commissioners, partnership managers, procurement, occupational therapists and clinical leads. The team's focus will be selling to the community such as; local authorities, councils, loan stores, dealer networks etc. This role is business critical and will in turn be a large contributing factor for the success of the patch.

Continually growing their product pipeline in line with the company's diversified portfolio within this therapy area. They provide a range of medical device equipment assisting with moving and handling. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, ambitious, go-getter, confident and career focused individual to join their sales team and help to manage and grow and drive business development.

REQUIREMENTS: Someone with moving and handling medical/healthcare sales experience will be strongly considered. Secondly, if you are a occupational therapist or physio with strong commercial acumen. Also someone who has sold into similar stake holders/institutions will be considered.

THE PACKAGE FOR REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER:

Basic Salary - £45,000 - £60,000

Commission/Bonus - £15,000 uncapped

Car allowance - £450
