We are working with an exciting start-up company who are looking to add their first employee in a CTO role. The company are a research company who use GenAI to work with local councils and are implementing a ChatGPT-like software.
They are looking for a technical leader, someone who can grow the company from the ground up whilst still having technical insight and input. They need someone who has taken an AI product to market and scaled up teams.

Required skills:

• Leadership and experience growing a team
• Experience taking a product to market
• AI experience
• Hands-on capabilities across software engineering;
• React, Node, Python, AWS
• GIS experience is a plus

The role is remote with occasional travel to Leicester
