The Role: As our Engineering Technical Manager - Rubber Moulding Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of New Product Introduction from concept to production, ensuring seamless transitions and successful launches.
  • Lead the development of rubber moulding projects, from initial design through to final production, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales team to guarantee that projects are commercially viable and meet customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert support to both staff and customers.
  • Drive technical and product innovations, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within our field.
  • Implement continuous improvements to our moulding processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Work across departments to share knowledge and elevate skill levels, particularly in rubber moulding techniques.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in rubber or plastic mould tooling design and a strong technical background.
  • Proven experience in a management role, supporting senior leadership teams in a technical capacity.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
  • A degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally with a focus on materials or mechanical engineering.
