About the role

The company are looking for a confident, talented person to join the Ryde office and provide quality support to their existing and potential customers.

Your duties will include:

• Providing telephone, email, online video and occasional face to face support for their services
• Support at the client's premises
• Running training sessions with groups of users by video or in person
• Running or attending workshops to gather requirements
• Working with clients to understand their developing needs
• Creating help and support media
• Creating social media articles
• Assembling systems for despatch to clients
• Testing of new features under development

About you
