Accounts and Office Manager required to join our established client in what will play a pivotal role in the business. The annual salary is between 30,000 - 35,000 with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Please note there is no hybrid working available.
Duties:
- Utilise sage for financial record-keeping
- Responsible for all accounts tasks
- Liaise with the organisations external Accountant to ensure all required information is submitted as requested
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Utilise organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Supervise office operations to ensure compliance with company policies

Experience required:
- Previous all-round accounts experience
- Experience using Sage
- Previous office management experience is desirable
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
