The Role:


We are looking for a Content Creator to lead the growth of our social media channels and engage our community. This role will focus on driving content that amplifies our mission, engages our audience, and increases brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:


Grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) through creative and engaging content.

Content generation and video creation 

Manage community interactions, responding to comments, and fostering conversations.

Create mission-driven content that promotes neurodiversity and resonates with our audience.

Collaborate with internal teams to align content with Neuropool’s goals.

Track and analyse social media performance to optimise strategies.


Requirements:


Proven experience in content creation and social media growth in a startup or high growth environment

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Experience with community management and fostering engagement.

Passion for neurodiversity and inclusive employment.
