Key Responsibilities: Department Setup: Build the Business Development team, recruit and train staff, and implement systems to drive additional revenue and market appraisals. Strategic Planning: Analyze untapped opportunities in our CRM, devise short- and long-term revenue strategies, and establish KPIs to track success. Results-Oriented: Collaborate with branch and department heads to maximize data potential, boost lead generation, and ensure a higher number of successful market appraisals without compromising conversion rates. Experience & Skills: Proven success in UK estate agency business development. Leadership and team-building experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
