The Opportunity:


We're on the hunt for world-class Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a member of Shaily R&D Studio, you'll engage in a mix of consultancy projects for top-tier clients and internal projects aimed at developing cutting-edge intellectual property. Who We’re Looking For:


Top-Tier Expertise: Hold a First or Upper Second Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar subject from a leading engineering university and have experience of working with mechanisms and developing products for launch.

Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a can-do mindset, flexibility, quick learning abilities, and excellent communication skills to provide a responsive service to clients and work effectively within the global team.

Relationship Skills: Forge strong relationships with clients and work effectively with global, multidisciplinary teams.

Quality Focus: Maintain rigorous standards of excellence and consistently utilise our quality systems.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of SolidWorks and the ability to develop detailed 3D CAD models and drawings.

Knowledge of hand calculations and simulation software including FEA, and injection moulding simulation.

Knowledge of designing for various manufacturing methods, especially injection moulding and automatic assembly.

Prototyping skills, including testing, measuring, and iterating designs.

Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and improving products.
