Based in Little Lever, dot2dot is a trading style of Stanmore Insurance Brokers Limited. The team at dot2dot supports childcare providers across the country with insurance and risk management needs.

?? Role Overview

As an Account Handler Trainee, you will be an essential part of our team, learning the ropes of the insurance world, working towards your Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Qualification on an apprentice scheme from leading UK insurer Aviva. You will receive comprehensive training in insurance principles, policies, and procedures. You will be involved in the full insurance cycle, handling new business enquiries, renewals, midterm adjustments and claims.

You will need to get to know each of your clients and help them understand the ever-changing world of insurance and what it means for them.
