Scheme Manager - Liverpool - Up to £17ph
We're looking to recruit experienced Scheme Managers in the Merseyside region to support our Social Housing clients on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £17ph.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating a positive environment for resident engagement and encouraging to get involved in events at the scheme or within the community
- Daily wellbeing calls and responding to emergency calls
- Conducting routine health & safety checks and testing fire safety equipment
- Reviewing and updating risk assessments
- Voids, lettings, viewings and inductions
- Providing advice on low level rent arrears
- Managing and investigating complaints of low level anti-social behaviour
- Completing referrals for aids, adaptations and other technology to support residents to remain independent in their own homes
- Reporting repairs and liaising with internal teams to ensure work is carried out within agreed timescales
What you'll need to succeed - Experience of working in a similar role/setting, providing housing and tenancy management, ideally with older and vulnerable people
- Experience of completing risk assessments and support plans, crisis management and managing overall health, safety and compliance
- Experience of providing budgeting advice and knowledge of the welfare benefit system
- Ability to use a range of ICT packages and systems
