THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic Videographer & Editor (part-time or full-time) to join our growing in-house content team, focusing on creating a wide range of short-form video content, with a focus on social. In this role, you’ll work on everything from fast-turnaround videos for daily content to larger, high-profile campaigns involving celebrities and influential partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual storytelling of LESTRANGE, ensuring that all content, whether it’s for a seasonal campaign or an exciting collaboration, captivates and engages our audience.


The ideal candidate will be quick at both shooting and editing videos, well-versed in what makes social content engaging, and have a proven ability to tell compelling stories that resonate with audiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Video Creation & Editing

  • Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content with a quick turnaround, optimised for social platforms.
  • Create exciting video content for both daily social posts and large campaigns, including those with high-profile partners and celebrities.
  • Develop creative ideas for social-first videos, ensuring all content reflects strong storytelling, attention-grabbing hooks, and high hold rates.
  • Ensure all videos capture attention quickly, align with LESTRANGE’s brand values and aesthetic, and effectively tell the story of our brand in an exciting way.


Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Lead the video production for large, seasonal campaigns and collaborations with high-profile partners and celebrities.
  • Produce a range of social media content that aligns with LESTRANGE’s storytelling and campaign goals, ensuring variety in the type of content delivered.


Creative Expertise

  • Bring fresh, creative ideas for videos that will stand out
  • Stay on top of creative trends, particularly what works in short-form video, and apply these insights to content creation.


Collaboration & Content Planning

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and produce video content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Working alongside our in-house photographer and videographer to produce multiple workstreams of content
  • Contribute to the content calendar, ensuring consistent output of high-quality videos.
  • Collaborate with photographers and other creatives to integrate video content with wider campaigns.


REQUIREMENTS


Proven Experience in Videography & Editing

  • Extensive experience in shooting and editing short-form video content, with a quick turnaround.
  • A track record of producing high-engagement, high-reach social media videos.
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.


Social Media Expertise

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and
  • YouTube, and what makes content successful on these channels.
  • Skilled at developing video content ideas that are creative, engaging, and capture the story of the brand.


Creative Concept & Storytelling

  • A passion for storytelling through video that resonates with a menswear audience and brings the LESTRANGE brand to life in an exciting way.


Fast Execution

  • Able to shoot and edit videos quickly without compromising on quality, maintaining a fast workflow.
