Production Operator

Acorn by Synergie is urgently seeking multiple Production Workers to start work as soon as possible on what could be a temporary to permanent opportunity.

What will the role involve?

You'll be a valuable member of the team, using your excellent attention to detail produce medical products on a production line
Able to work as part of a team
Confident at being able to complete paperwork
Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team.

What are we looking for?

Ideally you will have some manufacturing experience however if you feel you have transferable skills from a different sector then please do still apply
A good understanding of Maths and English preferably the equivalent of level two in both subject areas
When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets.
With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job.

What else do I need to know?

The roles area available immediately however if you do have a notice period with your current employer that's also fine
No weekends (but overtime available) Monday - Friday you must be able to do all three shifts 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am on a rotational basis
Competitive rates of pay + overtime.

33 days holiday per year
The role is temporary with an immediate start.
