LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading financial services organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Treasury Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Sussex based business who offer a wonderful, values driven working culture.
In this role, you will be the treasury subject matter expert and support the business with risk analysis and provide updates on regulatory developments.
Responsibilities:
- Produce interest and liquidity regulatory returns for specific entities.
- Generate daily market and counterparty risk reports for the client's banks.
- Maintain and update the setup of FIS Balance Sheet Manager.
- Prepare documents for management committees and senior management.
- Ensure SLA KPIs and Group reporting deadlines are met.
- Participate in projects as they arise.
- Produce and maintain standardised procedure documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Treasury within a financial services organisation (essential)
- Proactive and self-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Client-centric approach with a focus on timely deliverables.
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Organised, diligent, and methodical.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and result-focused.
- A strong team player with the ability to develop and manage working relationships.

The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in modern offices along with lots of flexibility as required.
Salary is up to 80k plus good bonus and excellent benefits.
