Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance, pension, healthcare

Our client has been established for over 70 years and boasts a headcount north of 1,000 professionals offering a variety of services including project management, cost management, building surveying and planning to their clients across the built environment.

About the role

As a senior project manager, you will be leading a stellar £1bn regeneration of a very large campus for one of Britain's most exciting data centre operators. The project is currently at masterplan stage and carries a project lifecycle of circa 5-6 years.

Requirements

• Experience within the built environment with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancy.
• Data centre/critical infrastructure experience is desirable but not essential.
• Track record of delivering projects from inception to completion is needed.
• Track record of delivering projects with values from £20m+.
• MRICS/MCIOB is beneficial.
