Counsel (Alternatives/Private Funds) - Private Investment Office (West End)

Private investment office based in the West End seeks an alternatives/private funds counsel in a newly created role. This is an exceptional role to work in a highly regarded legal team in a front facing role. Responsibilities will include amongst others :

Structuring, launching, and maintenance of alternative investment funds (Irish/Lux based AIF / UCITS) including:

• Determining the most appropriate product structure/ domicile upon launch.
• Reviewing and negotiating, as applicable, related legal documentation at launch and throughout the life of the fund 
• Providing regulatory and compliance filings with respect to the fund(s) as required, 

Structuring, launching, and maintenance of private equity co-investment access vehicle including:

• Reviewing investment documentation for underlying transactions;
• Modifying any investor subscription forms as required for each investment and structure access vehicles.

This role would suit a qualified lawyer who has a good understanding of investment fund structures (private equity) and other investment products (AIFs). Excellent remuneration on offer
