Your Missions:
- Assist one of the founders in daily management and act as their right-hand person
- Research tools to meet various company needs, organize demo calls, and test selected tools
- Perform basic configurations of tools when technical team intervention is not required
- Optimize the use of existing tools (Zendesk, WhatsApp Automation, Aircall, Brevo, etc.) for maximum efficiency
- Create specifications and tickets for optimizations requiring technical intervention
- Source and integrate appropriate service providers for each tool, if necessary
- Propose innovative solutions to improve team and agent productivity
- Participate in continuous product improvement by working closely with the product team, founders, and operations
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of projects and improvements to guarantee their success and relevance
- Contribute to technological monitoring and the implementation of new practices to stay at the forefront of innovation
Your Profile:
- ?? Student at one of the top 15 business or engineering schools with a strong interest in technology and no-code tools
- ?? Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a startup mindset
- ?? Versatile and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- ?????? Autonomous and proactive in your work
- ?? Obsessed with productivity and optimization through tools and AI
- ?? Continuously up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies
