Planning Manager

My client is a PLC developer who has an office in Maidstone.

The Planning Director is seeking a Planning Manager to join the expanding team. The purpose of the role is to ensure the region provides a high standard of planning and development appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals and land promotion within the residential sector for both immediate and strategic sites.

We are looking for someone Chartered RTPI who has sufficient experience either with a developer, planning consultancy or local authority preferably whilst working in the Kent and East Sussex areas.

Working client side can be more lucrative with cars or allowances, healthcare and bonuses. The company will offer working from home 2/3 days per week so it will not be always necessary to be in the office in Maidstone.
