Salary 50,000- 55,000 per annum DOE plus Ofsted and company bonuses, on call payments

I have a great opportunity in the Surrey area to join a very child focused, family feel children's residential provider. They have their own small school attached to this home.

This is an ideal progression opportunity for an experienced deputy manager as there is a fantastic operations manager close by to support you to ensure you are successful. Plus the home has a strong deputy manager and experienced consistent team.

They company has a great structure offering you all the tools you need (HR, maintenance, referrals coordinator) and a passionate hands on owner/director who understands what you need to be successful!
