We are on the search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a high end property in East London. In this role, you will carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical systems on site, respond to emergencies on site, ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to, liaise with sub contractors and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided. This role follow a fixed pattern of 8:30am - 5:30pm

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and the motivation to want to progress further in your career.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Organising subcontractors
• Quotations
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
• Polite and personable
• Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential

Salary and Benefits:
