Hybrid (Epsom/London - minimum 3 days per week) HR Permanent Full-Time

Competitive salary, depending on experience

As an Employee Engagement Manager you'll bring experience of implementing and managing people engagement/customer experience initiatives, an excellent project manager who possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are passionate about employee engagement and people experience journeys, and ambitious to deliver the best possible service to employees.

The Employee Engagement Manager will develop and shape the Employee Engagement Strategy, developing engagement and action plans that will build employee engagement across the Charity. They will lead on the evaluation and improvement of the People Experience journeys to ensure best in class employee experience across all the employee life cycles.

As our Employee Engagement Manager, you will:

Lead on the development and delivery of an employee feedback tool (Peakon) across the organisation ensuring strong stakeholder management

  • Work with the Internal Comms team to execute the communication plan to ensure the highest level of engagement.

  • With a strong curiosity extract, interpret and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and work with the organisation to provide and implement actionable insights that drive improved employee experience, engagement and retention.

  • Lead on the tactical activities, training and research activities to improve compliance to system use and encourage leaders to own and take action

  • Build effective working relationship with key teams to ensure that the people experience journey and principles are aligned with the wider customer experience proposition; translating the people proposition into the desired people experience, weaving activity through the colleague lifecycle.

  • Act as a role model; leading, coaching and mentoring others, promoting the adoption of evidence-based and innovative practices.

  • To engage with and keep abreast of internal and external developments, cascading innovations and information in a way that informs, motivates, and inspires the clinical, HR and operational teams.
