The role This role is ideal for someone with a passion for relationship management, sales development, and customer service in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Account Managers manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client portfolio, promoting the full range of services.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer interactions, deal negotiations, and closing sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely responses to inquiries and support requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, highlighting key activities and pipeline developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their benefits and address technical queries.
What You Will Bring: Essential: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships over the phone or via email.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Desirable: - Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles, ideally within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
