Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 1 child with high SEN needs.

- Be proactive in supporting the child's emotional, social, and academic growth, maintaining a calm and positive approach throughout the day.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to monitor the child's progress and implement tailored support plans.

- Qualifications: Graduate with previous experience working in a school setting.
