Senior Technical Designer

About the Role: As the go-to for technical design, you ll work closely with the lead Senior Designer, ensuring the highest standards on every project. You'll also play a key role in building a team of top-notch Technical Designers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate production and construction documents using Revit or AutoCAD
• Engage directly with site teams and subcontractors
• Handle snagging, quality control, and on-site surveying
• Prepare planning and Listed Building applications
• Assist with space planning and prepare schedules (finishes, doors, etc.)
• Lead the entire design process, from initial due diligence to site completion
• Coach and mentor junior Technical Designers

What We re Looking For:

• 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in commercial interior fit-outs
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM360 experience is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with confidence
• Communicates effectively and can work both independently and collaboratively
• Solid understanding of UK building systems, regulations, and construction methods
