We are seeking a skilled Technical Claims Handler for a leading financial services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage commercial claims across multiple products, collaborate with various partners, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic business

The Role

The Technical Claims Handler will play a crucial role in supporting customers during their claims process. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing team in a new business, ideal for someone with a commercial claims background seeking a challenging and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Claims Handler:

• Managing claims across multiple products
• Collaborating with claims partners, including brokers, lawyers, and assessors
• Identifying and managing fraud concerns
• Setting claims reserves and making payments
• Acting as a subject matter expert for commercial claims

Required knowledge and experience for the Technical Claims Handler role:

• Experience in handling commercial claims across multiple products
• Proven track record of working with multiple partners
• Expertise in managing claims fraud
• Proficiency in using various digital platforms
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Fraud experience
• EL/PL and PI knowledge
