The Role

We are seeking a dedicatedSite Finance Controller to join our Pontefract site. As the SiteFinance Controller the successful candidate would be a member ofthe sites leadership team. They would play a crucial role inoverseeing the financial operations at our site, ensuring accuracyand compliance across the site of over 140 employees and a turnoverbeyond £40 million.

What will yoube doing?

• Workas part of the leadership team to drive the site's OGSM(Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures) & G2G (Good toGreat) Targets Setting, Tracking & Delivery and ensurealignment within KP as well as at Intersnack Group Level.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financialreports and KPIs for site. Meaningfully communicate these to allareas of the business.
• Monitor and control sitebudgets
• Coach and support teams on the shopfloor adhering to IWS ways of working
• Act asDeputy Lead on the Focussed Improvement and Work ProcessImprovement Pillar Activities and be an active member of the SupplyNetwork pillar.
• Site lead for site financialplanning, budgeting and forecasting - including primes, overheads,logistics and capital.
• Management of siteaccruals and prepayments as well as inventoryreconciliations
• Support with annual audit forexternal auditor queries related to manufacturingsite
• Capital project approval and investmentappraisal. Asset management including timely additions, disposalsand verification.
• Complete product costingsfor new product development and tenderprocesses
• Management and oversight of year endinventory processes
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive financialperformance
• Identify opportunities for processimprovements and cost savings
  
• Playan integral part in change programs across the site focusing onsupporting new product launches and capital installations,including all Project Tracking, e.g., waste, energybenefits.

JobRequirements

We'dlove to hear from you if you have:

• FullyQualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA
• Previousexperience worked on site in a manufacturing environment in asimilar role (BOMs/varianceanalysis)
• Experience inforecasting
• Planning and budgetingexperience
• Working knowledge of ERPSystems
