Project Manager - Small Works, High End Residential

Project Manager responsible for running multiple projects in the Super Prime Residential sector in London.

A well-established business who've been running for over 3 decades are looking for a skilled Project Manager (or Senior Site Manager looking to progress) to join the small works division.

Working on 2-3 projects at a time, ranging in value from 250k - 2m. You'll be responsible for liaising with HNWI clients, writing short term programmes, using your programme management skills to keep to a strict deadline (using Asta Power Project or Microsoft Projects).

• Manage site teams, labour, and specialist sub-contractors.
• Projects are typically in the Centre and West of London.
• An understanding (or desire to learn) the commercials/QS side of things is a bonus.

Reporting in to a Senior Project Manager when required, you'll play a key part in the success and growth of this division of the business.

Previous experience delivering small High End Residential projects is preferred.

Examples of current projects:

• 800k rear extension and fit out of a house in Shepard's Bush
• 1.2m strip out and fit out to a 4-bed house in Notting Hill
• 350k new kitchen landscaping work in Chiswick

Salary in the region of 55-65k + package/travel.
