Air Export Operator

Are you an experienced Air Export Operator seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a global leader in logistics and freight forwarding, is expanding their team and looking for a talented Air Export Operator to join their ranks. With 40 years of industry expertise and a presence in 25 countries, they are known for delivering personalized, high-quality logistics solutions across land, sea, and air.

As part of their team, you will leverage your air freight expertise to ensure the seamless and efficient movement of goods, handling all necessary documentation with precision. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air export freight forwarding operations from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines and handling agents to arrange shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional, responsive approach.
• Prepare and execute customer quotations promptly.
• Liaise with airlines to secure the best rates and capacity for shipments.
• Resolve any shipment irregularities as they arise.
• Complete all required documentation, such as air waybills, export declarations, and certificates of origin.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Air Export Operations and customs process.
• Familiarity with Boxtop software.
• Skilled at managing high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative capabilities.
• Ability to reliably commute to Heathrow.

What's on Offer:

• Competitive salary: 28,000 - 38,000 (depending on experience)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
