Are you seeking the next step in your career and interested in joining a successful, growing practice? This role presents a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced Architectural Technologist or Technician with a passion for the technical aspects of architecture.

This multi-award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice undertakes projects across a diverse architectural portfolio, inclusive of the Residential and Commercial sectors. Revit and AutoCAD are used within practice, so experience in either software would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will need substantial UK based experience and ideally be chartered or working toward.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Experience Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Substantial post-qualification experience in a UK based practice.
• Strong design skills with advanced knowledge of either/ or both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Full understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, third parties, and colleagues.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organisational skills.
• Aptitude for addressing technical challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the technical development of projects, working on a diverse range of architectural projects from start to finish.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Ensure that all projects comply with UK building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Engage effectively with clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates as required.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to deliver seamless project progression.
