M&E Surveyor - Building Services

Purpose: To evaluate the condition of M&E services in commercial buildings and to inform on the long-term lifecycle plan of all HVAC services. To analyse performance trends and identify risk. To carry out root cause analysis in the event of failure.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect M&E assets on a range of commercial building from Heritage listed buildings to large industrial properties and prepare survey and condition reports, identifying all improvement / rectification works required

Carry out survey work across the estates/buildings in line with the schedules

Evaluate M&E plant condition from a variety of sources of information, including customer feedback, PPM reports, help desk calls, BMS, energy reports, specialist survey reports and drone footage

Experience & Skills required:

Experience of Carrying out M&E plant Condition surveys.

Any relevant qualifications or M&E related certifications are welcome
