Are you detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and an interest in flooring design? Our dynamic Design Studio is seeking a Junior Flooring Planner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a desire to build a career in flooring design and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating material takeoffs for projects
• Generate basic 2D visualizations for carpet layouts using custom software
• Work with floor plans, interpreting customer specifications and requirements
• Calculate roll requirements for production and installation
• Collaborate with the team to verify design specifications and installation details

Essential Skills:

• Strong numeracy and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy
• Ability to adapt to proprietary software
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am 4:00 pm, with a flexible lunch break
• Salary up to £23,000 with a company pension, private healthcare, and 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
