Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Senior Practitioner in a Hospital Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience

About the team

The team work in partnership to support vulnerable adults and to promote and maintain the independence when being discharged from hospital. The team makes decisions on the best outcomes for them. The role involves supervising social workers and ad hoc advise and guidance for acute hospital social workers team. The hospital cases are very fast paced; therefore, the team work very hard. The team work very closely with the doctors and the NHS.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working with adults, a high level of Social Work knowledge and skill in working in an acute hospital environment, so that you can give effective and productive guidance.
