Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the curriculum - Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to inspire and motivate students.
