As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the community manager in organising events and activities, training, and fostering a highly social and engaged workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the manager in the following
- Develop and execute community strategies to enhance engagement and foster a sense of belonging among community members.
- Plan and organise community events to facilitate networking and collaboration.
- Cultivate relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners to strengthen the community ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
- Proven experience in community management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics tools. experience with using Manhattan system would be an advantage.
- Passion for building communities and creating positive experiences for members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
