Our client on the outskirts of south Leicestershire is looking to recruit skilled mechanical fitters/ Engineers due to ongoing growth within the company. This is a permanent role and a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has recently expanded internationally. The successful candidate will be working from a Modern and newly refurbished facility in a supportive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical engineering background with experience fitting mechanical components, sub assembly, interpreting engineering drawings and building machinery. Machine tool fitting and building experience is advantageous but some training can be given.

Mechanical Fitter/ Engineer

• Mechanical Fitting/ Assembly
• Sub Assembly
• Interpreting Engineering drawings to complete sub assembly
• Fitting/ Building special purpose Machinery
• Fitting/ Building CNC/EDM/Drilling Machines
• Fitting/ Building various machines
• Mechanical Alignment

Mechanical Fitter/ Engineer Hours and Salary

• 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday / Friday Midday Finish
• 38,000- 40,000 per annum
