Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour
Working hours: Monday Thursday 07:00-16:30 (1/2-hour Lunch)

Our well-known and highly established client based in Hitchin are looking for a General Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new venture within the Industrial sectors, who is available immediately. We are looking for an all-round candidate who can adapt to different tasks and departments within an accurate and timely manner

Duties as a General Operative:

• Cleaning of all Machines within the factory
• Cleaning the Factory Floor
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the Yard
• Disposing of any waste and scrap material
• Assisting the packaging team by packing orders, ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries

What s needed as a General Operative:

• Experience working within a Factory setting is desirable
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy materials
• An understanding of Health and Safety within the workplace
• Packaging experience is desirable
• Strong adaptability and flexibility
• Able to work within a team and individual
