Head of Block Management - Islington

Salary: £55,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Our client is currently looking for a talented and experienced Head of Block Management based in their well-established team in North London.

As a Head of Block Management, you will provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of Block Management services.

You will have a keen eye for detail and be used to dealing with clients for whom high levels of service are paramount. Previous experience in residential block management is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new and rapidly growing division of a well-established estate agency.

Duties to include:

• Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
• Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to work
• Preparing and issuing service charge budgets
• Completing Section 20 Notices
• Liaising with internal accounts and utilising specialist property management software
• Attending AGMs
