About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing support to teachers and helping students with their learning and development. You will work closely with children of all ages and abilities, assisting with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support where needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Supporting students with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Helping with administrative tasks and classroom organisation.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement.
• Supporting students with special educational needs where required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and flexible attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to complete training is a plus.
