My client, an award-winning RIBA chartered practice, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. Known for delivering excellence across all RIBA stages, with a focus on Healthcare, Leisure, and Residential projects, they take pride in fostering long-term client relationships and providing exceptional service.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Extensive experience in preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Conducting and managing site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and compliance processes
• Support senior technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Leading teams in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project alignment with building regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Previous experience in commercial projects
