Role Overview:- Full-time, term-time only position
- Work on a 1:1 and small group basis with students with SEN, particularly Autism
- Assist with academic progress and emotional development
- Help with behaviour management in class and around the school
- Collaborate with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans
Essential Requirements:- 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university
- Previous experience working with SEN children, especially those with Autism
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with special needs
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
