As a Sales Controller, you will be highly motivated with overall responsibility of the performance of the site, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will guide the team through the whole experience from start till finish.

General responsibilities:

• Step up to the general manager responsibilities during absences from site
• Review the performance of the sales team.
• Guide the sales team with sold units and value-added products
• Mentoring of sales team in closing the deal
• Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
• Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
• Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets

To be considered you must have:

• The ability to mentor others.
• Leadership qualities with a passion to develop the team.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation.
• Volume used car sale management experience.
• Have pride in your appearance.

This role offers you:

• 30K salary plus uncapped commission
• Permanent from day one
