Private Funds Associate

Our client, an international City firm, has an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the market-leading Funds group, based in London. The group provides the full range of legal services relevant to the Private Funds world, covering all illiquid fund types and asset classes, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure.

The suitable candidate will be a talented and technical lawyer, who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace the first class client base in the asset management and financial institutions sectors and is looking to further develop their knowledge and experience of this exciting and evolving industry. The role requires a confident and able networker, who enjoys working and developing teams and embraces client and business development.

1. Strong academics.
2. Applicants will ideally have 2+ years' post qualification experience, gained at another leading City practice.
3. Strong client focus, with an ability and a willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
4. Commercially driven.
